We are having a one day prayer summit on March 26th 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Everyone is invited to come out and experience the glory of God as we release a breakers anointing through out the province. Speakers that will be ministering on prayer: Evangelist Jean-Pierre Cellent,Evangelist Tawana Ross, Evangelist Chris Robinson, Minister Bradley Cellent, Minister Charkeita Anderson.

At this prayer meeting we will be interceeding for the Globe. Two of our targets is Haiti & Chile.
Everything donated will be shipped to Haiti. We are collecting for a 40ft barrel.You can donate medical supplies, water purifying pills, flip flops, Toothpaste, Soap, Tooth-Brushes, T-shirts, under garments. If you desire your love one save, please bring pictures of yourself, loves ones or any one God has placed on your heart as we will have a special time of intercession using the pictures as a source of contact. We look forward to seeing you at the We Pray Summit.

Good morning ALL, PTL!
It seems that this topic might be old but still a very great question. I would like to shed some of my ideas as God began to deal with me. I am a the Youth Leader at my church and I also came from the "world" (not born into church). So I came up against a lot of things being in the "world"! I believe from my own experiences and my journey back to Christ allowed me to see the gap in the church for the young people. 1-We need to be transparent as much as we can. 2-We need to offer Youth Service maybe every 5th Sunday. 3-We need as Youth Leaders (etc...) to find the NEED of the young people. 4-What are their gifts and talents in Christ Jesus? How do we help them bring those out and now use them for honoring and praising God! 5-Find out there goals and through Christ Jesus help them accomplish them. 6-Have a mentoring program...i.e teach them how to preach, teach, minister, play the organ, drums, usher...etc....(WE NEED TO TEACH ONE TO REACH ONE)!!!! 7-BE AVAILABLE! 8-DON'T TRY TO CHANGE THEM...That's GOD's job! Lead them, teach them and let God do the rest. 8-Try to take an interest of the things that they may be doing outside of church as well...i.e. going to their sports games, their plays etc...LET THEM KNOW and FEEL that you truly care for them! And last: DON'T TELL THEM WHAT NOT TO DO AND DON'T REPLACE THAT OPTION WITH AN ALTERNATIVE! Meaning: Don't tell them not to go to the club but your church is not providing anything to substitute that like Praise Parties once a month etc...
These are all the things that through Christ Jesus' direction I have been doing with the youth in my church and it is slowly catching on and moving in the right direction! Thank you Jesus! We started young peoples Bible study in Jan. 2010 with 7 young people, last Monday we had 20 plus and I was so excited. We are working on Kingdom Building one soul at a time!
We make it fun and we teach it to their level and experiences that they live with now. But they are getting it and applying it thank you Jesus. We are not there yet don't get me wrong but we are on the right path and I thank God for direction and a creative mind! I pray this blesses somebody in Jesus name! Amen! FAITH IS....in every answer that we want to know, FAITH IS the door, PRAYER IS the key....if we pray with faith and everything is done to the glorification of the Lord, the edification of the body of Christ...then everything we do will HORRIFY the devil. Build someone up today, encourage them, strengthen them, love them in the Lord. God bless!

Praise the Lord! I haven't written in some weeks but I wanted to let everyone know that I am still running for the Lord and that JESUS IS MY PASSION! As we continue to move day to day its seen before us that there's a generation who has turned a deaf ear to the voice of the Lord but yet God is speaking and He's calling forth HIS remnant to go forth and be a light in the midst of darkness! Matthew 7 talks about the narrow path that leads to eternal life and how there's only a few who will find and walk this path. I've accepted that this life of holiness won't be popular not just with the world but even with those who say they name the name of Christ! My foundation is sure and I know without any doubt that even if I stand alone the Lord is standing with me! There are many attacks on the young people but the Lord is able to keep us if we get in the safe place...the will of God! God Bless You All!

Good morning Brother and sisters in the Lord. I'm going to be the new youth Minister to my church that older memebers has been running for years and the youth are so far gone. Any good idea to bring them them back and getting them active?
