Pastor R. Vincent Butler, Jr.
Pastor Robert V. Butler, Jr. was born to the holy matrimony of Bishop Robert and Alberta Butler on May 30, 1974. He grew up in the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn, New York where he attended The Mt. Calvary Fire Baptized Holiness Church under the leadership of Dr. Jeremiah Fennell. As a teenager he was well known as a young rap artist and just as his rap career was about to blossom, he received a vision from God and accepted his call to pursue ministry as a gospel preacher at the age of 16 in February 1991.
Pastor Butler’s key objective is focused toward the persuasion of the young, as well as the elder, inspired to accept the Word as a standard way of living while becoming more prosperous during their walk with the Master. Since graduating from high school in 1992, his ministry has grown tremendously. He has ministered all over the country winning souls to Christ through preaching the Gospel and the ministry of rap evangelism.
During Pastor Butler’s ministry he has organized and founded Victorious International Church in Atlanta, Georgia he is also the pastor of Christian Community Baptist Church. Pastor Butler now serves as the president of the Young Preachers Association which primarily focuses on the development of young preachers, and helping local church youth ministries with event coordination. His background, leadership ability, skills and talent are in all aspects of a preacher, teacher, and motivating speaker. He has found favor with God in being allotted the opportunity to sit under the tutorage of great men of God such as Bishop Wilbur Jones, Pastor Anthony Yelverton, Bishop Eric R. Figueroa and his late pastor Dr. Jeremiah Fennell. By following God's directions, he has consistently emphasized the necessity of exhibiting love for one another, and the importance of teaching God's Word, while at the same time allowing "THE SPIRIT TO HAVE HIS WAY".
Pastor Butler continues to serve in the capacity as School Aide for the New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE) since 1998. His motivation has initiated his energetic drive through his dynamic and gifted writing ability to conclude writing his first book entitled, “Let There Be Order in the Church” ( A Look at the Seven Churches of Asia Minor in Today’s Church). Pastor Butler is currently in the process of establishing Victory City Urban Church of Poughkeepsie, NY. An inner city ministry for young people who have a desire to be close to Christ without being intimidated by people who may not understand unusual church. His motto stands uniquely alone as a statement of his personal character and confident influence in the ministry, “If I have but one life to live, let me live it as a Gospel Preacher; forward deployed, conquering the world for our Master.” After hearing his electrified teaching and preaching, you will know that this is truly a Man sent by God to deliver “The Word.”

As a Note: The Guinness Book of World Records talks about the letters "J' and "V" as being the newest letters added to English Alphabet, which is post Shakespearean 1630. So the letters "J" and "V" are only 379 years old. Also In The Hebrew /Greek There Is No Letter "J" Take These Bible Tools And Look And See; All "J"s Are a "Y" And All "V" Are a "W" In The Hebrew: Praise Yahweh! We Can Do All Things In Yahweh!
