Her preaching and teaching ministry has influenced men and women all over this nation. She has a heart for the youth and her footprints have etched out a path to be followed to the passageway of success.

Dr. Raye was called to full time ministry in May 1991 by the voice of the Lord through scriptures, Jeremiah 1:4-10. God has given Dr. Raye a profound revelation on "unity, mentoring, servanthood, and spiritual warfare keys". She ministers a life-changing word to women as well as the "Body of Christ". She ministers prophetically in the Word and also ministers healing, direction, guidance, and positioning as the Holy Spirit directs. Dr. Raye is a teacher, seminar, revival and conference speaker.

Dr. Raye has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Christian Psychology, a Master of Arts Degree in Christian Education, a Ministerial Specialist Degree in Christian Education, Doctoral Degree in Theology, and a Doctor of Religious Philosophy. She has served as the Executive Administrator of United Faith Total Man Ministries International in Chicago , IL and Administrator and Professor at Truth Bible College and Seminary of Melbourne, FL.

Dr. Raye served as the Executive Pastor and General Manager of New Testament Faith Ministries in Vero Beach , Florida , faithfully serving the church and leadership for 10 years. She is presently humbly submitted to the authority, direction, and leadership of Dr. Apostle Elizabeth A. Hairston, the president and founder of Women With A Call International and The Apostolic Prophetic Connection. Dr. Hairston is the first woman ordained in the office of Apostle under Christian International Network by Apostolic-Bishop Dr. Bill Hamon, in November of 1997.

She was the founding executive director of the King’s Kids Pre-School Early Intervention Center . King’s Kids was a special needs pre-school and the first of its kind in Indian River County Florida. Dr. Raye is a professional grant writer and has over 30 years experience in administrative management and support. In addition she has professional strengths in records management, training and development, communications, event and conference planning. She assists churches and businesses with start-up, incorporation and 501 (c)(3) filing, and ongoing management support.

Dr. Raye is a popular Christian radio personality. She hosted “The Miracle Hour” aired on 91.1, 94.3, and 107.1FM through WJFP Radio in Florida . Also, she hosted “Kingdom Keys with Dr. Raye” on 1540AM WFTH Radio in Richmond,Virginia. She currently hosts the Kingdom Keys Broadcast on 1450 WCLM, Richmond, Virginia every Friday morning at 11:00am.

In addition to full time ministry, Dr. Raye provides administrative support and, management consulting services to faith based organizations, community agencies, and businesses in financial recordkeeping, grantwriting, records management, training, event planning, promotions, and program development including the implementation of marketing and fundraising strategies and campaigns.
